Fascial Flow® Advanced

Advanced Course for Those Who Are Certified Fascial Flow® Guides

With the Fascial Flow® Advanced advanced training program, you’ll delve a layer deeper into Fascial Flow.
You’ll have the opportunity to refine your physical expression, expand your sensory awareness, and explore selected themes in depth. It’s a space for deep immersion, both professionally and personally.

About Advanced

The program consists of four independent modules that you can take in any order and at your own pace.
Each module can also be taken multiple times, as both group dynamics and teaching elements vary from session to session. It is precisely this ongoing immersion that keeps your teaching vibrant and authentic — rooted in where you yourself are in your body and in life.

Once you have completed all four modules and submitted a video recording of your class, you will receive individual feedback and may then call yourself an Advanced Fascial Flow® Guide. The classes for each module are recorded and made available afterward, so you can return to them and delve deeper into the material at your own pace.

Who can participate?

This advanced course is for those who have completed the Basic Training as a Fascial Flow® Guide. You’re ready to take the next step—in your teaching and in your own personal growth. The more you dare to be present in your own movement and process, the more deeply you can support others.

Fascial Flow® is deeply inspired by Continuum and Emilie Conrad, who often asked her students the question:

“How many times have you died?”

A question that highlights the willingness to repeatedly confront and let go of one’s own patterns — a process that continues to unfold, even as you guide others.

Advanced Modules 2026

The modules can be taken in sequence or in any order over several years

Max. 10 students

Please note: Courses are taught in Danish unless it is explicitly stated that a course will be held in English.

MODULE 1
The Fluid Life of Bones

Bones support, reason, and speak with their own powerful silence. We explore strength, form, and inner architecture. A space to feel a deeper sense of structural support.

Date: March 12–14, 2026
Time: 9:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

MODULE 2:
Psoas, Pelvic Floor, and Diaphragm

The psoas, pelvic floor, and diaphragm form the body’s deep midline — an inner space where stability, mobility, and emotional resonance converge. We delve into the body’s core structures and how they interact with one another.

Date: June 18–20, 2026
Time: 9:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

MODULE 3:
Skin, Nervous System & Touch

A sensory journey into the language, touch, and rhythms of the skin and the nervous system. The skin’s receptors connect us to the world and to ourselves — and form the first layer of our connection to the relational.

Date: Sept. 17–19, 2026
Time: 9:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

MODULE 4:
The Embryo and Early Reflexes

An invitation to explore the body’s primal movements and stages of development. We examine embryological patterns and early reflexes — movements that shape identity, attachment, and the organization of the nervous system.

Date: Nov. 12–14, 2026
Time: 9:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

The instruction in the basic course aligns perfectly with my experience and understanding of how the body exists in the world. I’m preparing to start groups for women dealing with the long-term effects of breast cancer — and my personal journey with Fascial Flow is that preparation.

.

Annesophia Soelberg, Psychologist

I now have a clearer understanding of the physical symptoms I experience, which stem from early trauma and prolonged stress. Pernille’s work with Fascial Flow is so important — her solid knowledge and amazing way of conveying it with great calm and empathy fill me with admiration.

.

Britt Binder, Occupational Therapist

A clear bodily awareness makes all the difference in whether we encounter others from a state of “alignment” or whether we are “overly involved” with them. Remaining centered within ourselves when interacting with others has great constructive power — where even the gentlest and most subtle bodily movements can bring about significant changes in our awareness of this.

Helle Bülow, Body and Psychotherapist and Family Counselor

I’ve come to realize that slowness and gentleness are key concepts. Having the courage to explore this on my own, but also with others. I’ve learned that pressure sensitivity is trauma-related, which has been a major eye-opener for me in light of my past experiences with physical contact. I now want to take the basic training course and become certified in Fascial Flow.
.

Britta Nielsen, Social Educator

Thank you so much for a wonderful introductory course. The way she teaches reflects just how deeply Fascial Flow is integrated into Pernille’s being. It makes it easy and enjoyable for me to absorb the new concepts and knowledge. There’s no disconnect between what she says in the course and what she does. It all comes together, so both she and the method are credible and make sense.

Anja Bokelund, Psychotherapist

I love the way the material is presented, and it’s clear that Pernille teaches from a wealth of experience, which makes the lessons authentic and meaningful. The class size ensures that comments and discussions remain personal and don’t get lost among too many students’ posts.

.

Erik Ruben, Psychotherapist

The basic course has helped me connect with something deeper within myself and with my senses. It has given me insight into connective tissue, which had previously been only a very peripheral focus of my attention. I have gained greater awareness of how connective tissue and the nervous system reinforce each other—including in a therapeutic context.

Thomas Duholm, Psychotherapist

In the Basic Course, I’ve learned how small physical adjustments and sensory awareness can help me center myself and find calm. I’ve learned to make space for and be present with my inner discomfort without completely freezing up or dissociating, and I’m able to return to myself more quickly when something has been overwhelming.

Githa Falk, Speech and Hearing Consultant

The introductory course has piqued my curiosity even more about Fascial Flow—specifically, how I can use it both professionally and in my own personal work with the body. I’ve gained greater awareness of my connective tissue through all the exercises we did during the course—exercises that were simple and easy to do—and that I can continue doing at home.
