FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I choose the right course?

The courses are designed to address different physical needs. Ask yourself what you’re longing for most right now — more peace of mind, better sleep, less tension, or perhaps a burst of energy?

You can read the descriptions of the individual courses and choose the one that appeals to you the most. If you’re facing several challenges at once, start with the one where you feel you need the most support.

Some videos are reused across courses because they can support the body in multiple contexts. However, they are always presented in a new context and with a new purpose.

All classes include gentle movement, guided touch, and a focus on sensory awareness.

Do I need to watch the videos in a specific order?

No. You can start with the video that’s right for you today. Some people watch the same video several times, while others switch between them. You’ll often find that your body starts to show you what it needs.

Do I need to know anything beforehand?

No. You don’t need any experience. All it takes is a desire to be curious and a willingness to give your body space. There are no poses to master—just small explorations that invite connection.

Can I do the exercises while lying down, sitting, or standing?

Yes. All classes include sequences in different positions—lying down, sitting, and standing. You’ll receive clear guidance along the way and can always adjust the exercises or take breaks if it feels right.

What if I get anxious or upset along the way?

When we tune into our bodies from within, it can sometimes stir up emotions or discomfort. This is completely natural. You’ll be guided to take breaks, adjust your movements, and reconnect with the floor.

What do I need?

A mat or rug, a chair without armrests, and one or two balls (a small one, about 6.5 cm, and possibly a soft one, 26 cm). Most videos require only a little floor space and a place where you can sit or lie down comfortably.

You can find balls and equipment at coretools.dk, but it's just as fine if you use something you already have.

How often do I need to take the course to see results?

It varies greatly from person to person. Some notice a change after just a few sessions, while others find joy in practicing regularly over a longer period of time. The most important thing isn’t how much you do—but that you create small moments where you can immerse yourself. It may also be helpful for you to know that it takes 6–24 months for connective tissue to change its structure. Be patient with your body.

Can I take the course even if I have an injury or chronic pain?

Yes, many people find that Fascial Flow can be helpful. However, if you have a diagnosis or are undergoing treatment, I recommend that you talk to your doctor or therapist first—and always listen to your own limits.

Can I combine the course with yoga, exercise, or therapy?

Yes. Fascial Flow can be a great complement to other practices. Many people find that it fosters greater presence and connection—both in movement and in treatment.

How do I get access?
